Desert Devil Dogs Young Marines

How You Can Help

Fundraising & Contributions

The Young Marines of the Marine Corps League was granted the status of Educational Youth Organization in 1980, under IRS-approved guidelines for 501(c)3 tax exempt status, and as such may provide receipts for all gifts and donations made on behalf of our youth.  The Desert Devil Dogs Young Marines are involved in a variety of Fundraising endeavors, designed to keep our youth contingent from going "door-to-door."  YOUR SUPPORT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!  We ask for community assistance in collecting the following items, which may be dropped off at our regular meeting site on Wednesdays between 6-8:30pm, or given to any unit member:

ONGOING MISSIONS:

CURRENT UNIT MISSION:

We're raising funds for airline tickets to transport our Unit Young Marines to Washington D.C. for Memorial Day in May 2009, where they will participate with other Young Marines Units from around the United States.  Financial gifts may be sent to "Desert Devil Dogs Young Marines," specifying "DC" in the memo annotation; be sure to include a mailing address so we can issue your 501(c)3 tax donation receipt.  Additional planned touring activities are available on our Upcoming Events page.  Total estimated cost for airfare is $ 7,000.00 for a group of 35.
